For its 3rd year, Lemnos Philema, the Gastronomy & Wine Festival of Lemnos presented traditional tastes of the island through an interactive and authentic way, that of hospitality and philema.

The Local 

Traditional pasta, cheese, sweets, salted seafood, wine, preserved meats, legumes, flour, herbs, olive oil, and more, will be presented by the very same people who produce them in the 3-day event. Come meet them and taste the traditional products of Lemnos!

A menu honoring Lemnos Philema will be featured in some of the best restaurants of the island, showcasing local products and traditonal dishes. We invite you to select our menus and indulge!

Chef Kostis Kostakis will prepare unique Greek pies using ingredients of local producers. Come try them!

"A different glyko tou koutaliou" by Gianna

Gianna Balafouti will cook a traditional Greek spoon desert, gluko tou koutaliou, in a unique way.

Live Cocktail Session

Bartender Christos Golfis will create cocktails using tsipouro, wine and herbs from Lemnos.
